UAF Academy
Are you still waiting for your integration to start or are you in the asylum procedure? Do you not want to sit still, but already get started?
Then use the UAF Academy, the online learning platform of the UAF. Here you can start learning Dutch and find useful information about what you can do during the waiting period.
What is the UAF Academy?
De UAF Academy is an online learning platform with e-learning options, such as language courses. You'll also find information about studying and working in the Netherlands, including how to choose a program. Or take an interactive training session on the comprehensive intake interview. This will help you discover what suits you and what's possible in the Netherlands.
Are you in the asylum procedure or are you waiting for your integration? Then you can register as UAF Member. With that, you get free access to the UAF Academy and the e-learnings, for a period of 12 months.
Have you achieved level B1 via the UAF AcademyIf so, please contact the UAF again. We will look together to see if we can support you further.
When are you admitted to the UAF Academy?
De UAF Academy is there for refugee students and professionals who are still going through their asylum procedure or are waiting for the start of civic integration.
During the consultation we will discuss whether you meet the following conditions:
- You have applied for asylum and
- a) you have not yet received a residence permit
or - b) you have received a residence permit, but your language lessons in the municipality (integration) have not yet started
or - c) as a Ukrainian refugee you are covered by the Temporary Protection Directive and have an O document or sticker.
- a) you have not yet received a residence permit
- You have completed at least 10 years of education.
- You speak English or Dutch at least at A2 level, so that you can take the e-learnings on the UAF Academy can follow well.
